Over the course of a year or so I followed and filmed the riders of the Orlando based vintage bike club Cafe-Moto. I watched as they took apart, modded, welded, sanded, rebuilt and rode their new creations. I saw how they were drawn to imagine, to create and to ride a machine of their own making; a "thing" once void of a personality slowly, over hundreds of hours soon become something more. They built a machine of their own understanding, an object that now had the potential to thrill and to excite, as well as frustrate and disappoint. Could it be these bikes took on a life, a personality of their own? These are the bikers and the machines they took apart, changed forever and made their own. -David Tinsley TinMenonline.com

A friend of mine started managing an Orlando Musician and asked if I would be interested in filming a music video for him. After listening to Matthew perform a couple of songs I was inspired to try to capture a couple of live performances out on the streets of Orlando somewhere. Everything we make takes up space. As a creator of content I can't ignore the impact videos have on the world, both positive and negative. At the end of any project what are we left with? Hopefully with something that brings hope, inspires change and motivates. In whatever ways I create I strive to contribute to the world in positive ways.
